How Can We Help You?

  • All payments are processed off site by either or  
  • All sales of personalized items are final.  If you need to make changes we will do our best to accommodate you but once an item is personalized it can not be changed or returned.
  • Once your order is shipped it can not be canceled.  
  • Processing time is 1 to 5 days.  We try to get orders out as fast as possible but during times of high ordering volume it may take a little bit of time to get all orders packed and shipped.
  • All shipping charges are an estimate.  There may be times were actual charges may be different then at checkout.
  • Lost or damaged packages.  We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged after leaving our shop while in transit.  We will do everything we can to assist in getting reimbursed from the shipping company.  

All sales are final.  That being said we want all our customers to be happy.  Contact us so we can work out issues together.   

It is your sole responsibility to make sure any text for personalized items is accurate.  Black Label Woodworks will not be held responsible for typos.  If you realize you made a typo contact us ASAP if the item has not been engraved yet it can be corrected.  We will not engrave any obscene, profanity, sexual,  hate speech or anything Black Label Woodworks deems inappropriate.  Any personalized orders with this type of text will contacted for a change of text or will be canceled.

Wood is a natural product.  There can be variations in color and grain structure.  Some of the images used on this site are a  representations of the items not the actual items being purchased.  One off items have actual images.

All wood items are sensitive to water.  None of the items sold on this site should be placed in a dishwasher or submerged in water.  Any items used for food service should be washed with a damp cloth and mild soap.  Its recommended to apply bowl and board wax occasionally to restore and protect the wood.
