Walnut bowl and board wax is an all natural food safe finish.  This wax is made from 100% pure cold pressed and filtered walnut oil mixed with natural waxes. This gives a protective layer that penetrates into the wood giving it a gorgeous luster.  The walnut oil used will polymerize and harden.  This wax contains no petroleum products unlike most of the competitors that use mineral oil that never dries.
